Principal accountability. Asher is on the project. Decisions, selections, change orders, and the daily reality of construction are owned by the principal, not a project manager who reports up. For a project where the family's daily experience of the home depends on the result, that ownership matters.
Structural-capable. Most luxury kitchen remodels involve at least one structural change. ESRL has in-house structural engineering and routinely designs and installs steel beams, moment frames, and reinforcement within wood-framed homes. The structural question is answered inside the company.
Hand-built steel windows. ESRL builds custom blackened-steel window frames on-site, finished on-site, the architectural detail that distinguishes a custom kitchen from a high-end stock kitchen. The window detail is part of the same conversation as the framing, the cladding, and the cabinet line.
Custom cabinet shop network. ESRL has long-term relationships with three top-tier custom cabinet shops in Southern California. We coordinate cabinet engineering with the architectural design, the appliance package, and the field measurements, so the cabinets land on the day they are supposed to.
Honest budget conversation. Line-item budgets at pre-construction. The owner sees what each scope element drives, and adjusts intentionally. No hidden costs, no inflated allowances, no surprise change orders.
